🇵🇰 Happy Independence Day, Pakistan! Celebrating 14th August with pride — یوم آزادی مبارک — 14 اگست

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Justify.pk and apnawakeel.com (together, “Justify.pk,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), operated from Gujranwala, Punjab, Pakistan. By creating an account, submitting a consultation request, using our AI tools, or otherwise browsing this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. What Justify.pk Is — and Is Not

IMPORTANT: Justify.pk is a technology platform, not a law firm. We connect clients with independent, licensed advocates and provide free self-help legal tools. Advocates listed on the platform (including Muhammad Nadeem Ashraf Advocate High Court, Mirza Abdur Rehman Advocate High Court, and Hiba Batool, Female Legal Advisor) practice independently; they are not employees of Justify.pk. No attorney-client relationship is created by using this website — such a relationship arises only if and when you formally engage an advocate directly. See our Legal Disclaimer for full details.

3. Accounts, Registration & Verification

  • You must provide accurate, current information when registering as a client or advocate, and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Advocate accounts require submission of Bar Council credentials (license number, chapter, Bar certificate, CNIC, CV). Submitting these documents does not itself publish a public advocate profile — profile publication is a separate admin review step, decoupled from login access.
  • Accounts are activated only after email verification. We may suspend or terminate any account that provides false information, remains unverified, or violates these Terms.

4. Free Tools — Use License

Permission is granted to use the AI Legal Draft Generator, Legal Dictionary, Law Library, and NTN & Tax Calculator for your own personal or business legal reference. This is a limited, revocable license, not a transfer of ownership, and you may not:

  • Copy, resell, or redistribute generated drafts, dictionary content, or law library text as your own product or service
  • Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or scrape the underlying software, chatbot, or database
  • Remove copyright or attribution notices from any materials
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to bulk-download law library or dictionary content
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten any advocate, staff member, or other user

5. AI-Generated Content & the “Wakeel Bot” Chatbot

  • The AI Legal Draft Generator and “Wakeel Bot” chatbot use a third-party language model (Groq API, LLaMA 3.3) to produce text based on the information you provide.
  • AI-generated drafts and chatbot replies are templates and general information only — they are not reviewed by an advocate unless you separately request paid review, and they may contain errors, omissions, or content that does not fit your specific situation.
  • You must have any AI-generated draft reviewed and approved by a qualified, licensed advocate before relying on it, signing it, or filing it with any court or authority.
  • Justify.pk is not liable for any loss, damage, rejected filing, or adverse legal outcome arising from reliance on AI-generated content without professional review.

6. My Articles — User-Submitted Content

  • Verified advocates and registered clients may submit articles via the My Articles dashboard. All submissions are held for admin review and are published only after approval.
  • Published articles are labelled “Advocate Insight” (advocate-authored) or “Community Voice” (client-authored) so readers can tell the two apart; neither is legal advice specific to any reader’s situation.
  • By submitting an article, you grant Justify.pk a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, edit for clarity/formatting, and display it on the platform. You retain ownership of your original content and may request its removal by contacting us.
  • You confirm that submitted articles are your own original work and do not infringe any third party’s copyright or other rights.

7. Consultations & Advocate Engagements

Free First Consultation requests are handled on a best-effort, first-come basis and are not guaranteed to result in representation. Any fees, retainer terms, or scope of work for formal legal representation are agreed directly between you and the advocate you engage — Justify.pk is not a party to that engagement and does not set, collect, or guarantee advocate fees unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The materials on Justify.pk, including law library content, dictionary definitions, and tax calculator estimates, are provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • Justify.pk does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content, including statute text (which may have been amended since publication) or tax figures (which are estimates only, not a substitute for professional tax advice).
  • Justify.pk may update or remove content on the website at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Pakistani law, Justify.pk and its founder, advocates, and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of data, loss of a legal claim, missed deadlines, or business interruption — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website, AI tools, or any information found on it.

10. Third-Party Content & Links

Justify.pk has not independently verified every external site linked from our articles or law library (including government sites such as the Pakistan Bar Council or pakistancode.gov.pk) and is not responsible for their content. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

11. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in registration, consultation requests, or article submissions
  • Engage in harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward advocates, staff, or other users
  • Post defamatory, offensive, or illegal content
  • Attempt unauthorized access to any account, admin area, or system
  • Violate the intellectual property rights of Justify.pk or any third party
  • Use bots or scrapers to collect data from the site

Violation may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination, at our discretion.

12. Modifications to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date below reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujranwala, Punjab, for any dispute arising from your use of Justify.pk.
