In short: every article on our Legal Knowledge Hub is reviewed — either by our AI reviewer or by a human editor — before it goes live, and we always label who wrote it.
Who writes for the Legal Knowledge Hub
Articles, research notes, and judgment reviews are contributed by three groups, each visibly labelled on the article itself:
- Advocate Insight — written by a Justify.pk-verified advocate.
- Student Contribution — written by a Justify.pk-verified law student.
- Community Voice — written by a registered client sharing their own perspective.
How review works
No one can publish directly to the site — every submission is saved in a “pending” state first. From there:
- Law student submissions are checked instantly by our AI reviewer against a fixed rubric (clarity, accuracy signals, appropriate tone, no unsupported legal claims). Well-written, appropriate submissions are typically published within minutes. The AI reviewer can also hold a submission back for a human editor if it is uncertain, and every AI-assisted publish is spot-checked by our editorial team afterward.
- Advocate and client submissions are reviewed by a human editor, typically within one business day.
- Any article discussing a specific real case carries an additional standing notice that it is independent analysis, not legal advice, and not a formal case record.
What AI review does — and does not — do
Our AI reviewer is a quality and appropriateness check, not a fact-checking or plagiarism-detection service, and it does not verify case citations against a legal database. It exists to keep obviously low-quality or inappropriate submissions from reaching readers instantly, while routing anything borderline to a human. Readers should treat all Legal Knowledge Hub content — AI-reviewed or human-reviewed — as informational, not as legal advice; see our Legal Disclaimer.
Automated, aggregated sections
Two sections of this site are not written by anyone at Justify.pk at all — they are automatically imported, short excerpts pulled from free, publicly available external feeds, each one clearly labelled and linking back to the original publisher:
- Legal News — daily-imported summaries of Pakistani legal and judicial news from external news sources.
- Law Scholarships — daily-imported LLM, PhD/SJD and related-field postgraduate scholarship listings from external scholarship-listing sources, open to applicants worldwide.
Neither section is reviewed, fact-checked, or endorsed by Justify.pk before it is imported, and neither is legal or immigration advice. Always confirm details — especially eligibility, deadlines, and any fees — directly with the original publisher linked from each item before relying on it or applying.
Corrections
If you believe something we published is inaccurate, email admin@justify.pk with the article link and we will review and correct it promptly. For the automated sections above, please flag it to us but also report it directly to the original publisher, since we do not control that source content.
