Delete Your Justify.pk Account

Remove your Justify.pk account and personal data — from the website or the Justify.pk Android app.

Enter the email address of your Justify.pk account. We will email you a link to confirm, then delete the account and its data within 7 days. You do not need the app installed.

Have your password? Log in to delete instantly.

What gets deleted

  • Your login, name, email, phone number, city and profile settings
  • Your public advocate, law-student or law-firm profile
  • Your Case Diary — cases, hearings, fees and appointments
  • Your wallet balance and history, and referral rewards
  • The link between your account and any reviews you posted

What we keep, and for how long

  • Published articles stay on the Legal Knowledge Hub without your account link (they become part of the public library). Ask us at admin@justify.pk if you want them removed too.
  • Payment and payout records (amount, date, transaction ID) are kept for up to 5 years for accounting, tax and fraud-prevention.
  • Consultation requests you sent are kept for up to 12 months so the assigned advocate can complete your matter, then deleted.

Before deleting, please withdraw any wallet balance and let any active membership run out — fees already paid are not refunded on deletion.
